Bishop Tighe will visit to help us pray for and commission members of our church into the Great Commission. Confirmation is the commissioning of the believer into the mission of the Christian life. The believer embraces Christ’s call as their own and professes the faith sealed to them in their baptism. In an unbroken chain of prayer going back to Pentecost, the bishop will bless them with the strengthening of the Spirit to live out their life in Christ.
